You will be responsible for building and managing the technical after sales support process and organisation, including the technical service training and warranty management. Work and liaise with factory technical team for develop appropriate technical training, but also work on support and solution following warranty claim reports and market data. You will work and diagnose electric scooter and light motorcycle electric and mechanical systems.  Develop and provide on- and offline products for training purposes. You will be the number one point of contact for trouble shooting for distributors and dealers throughout Europe, both on site and in the European office. Identify and develop new product features with possible sales opportunities during trials and integrations with B2C and B2B distributors and partners. 

Functie-eisen

Requirements:
•    relevant professional education, HBO/Bachelor i.e. “HTS Autotechniek”;
•    ready to make a second or third step in your career;
•    affinity with e-mobility and new EV technology;
•    strong customer orientation, result and solution driven;
•    fluent in English, both written and verbal, preferably also in Dutch;
•    good analytical skills and focus on accuracy;
•    hands-on mentality,  pro-active approach and able to prioritize;
•    ability and willing to travel in Europe  approx. 30-40% of time max.
