Job Requirements
As Team Leader Assembly Electro you are responsible for a team of more than 11 colleagues. The team works both internally and externally, which creates a dynamic environment. As a Team Leader you are responsible for making a clear planning for your team, you give direction and coaching to your colleagues and you work part of your time. You take care of the quality and quantity of the output so that it meets the agreed specifications.

Salary and Benefits

– MBO education, direction Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics at least level 4.

– You are a natural leader and have experience in supervising and managing mechanics and apprentices.

– Experience as an electrician.

– Experience in working with a computer. We expect the team leader to find his way in a.o. Office package, ERP system, Eplan and time registration system.

– Accurate, solution-oriented with a clear sense of technique.

– Basic knowledge of the English language both orally and in writing.
