The Role

We’re looking for an experienced UX designer that is able to understand complex systems and design easy-to-use products with gradual user learning curves. We want someone who will understand and help improve business processes and user journeys. You will have to work on multiple projects/applications at the same time and manage the stakeholder’s expectations.

What we ask:

• Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
• Skills in user research, prototyping, and concept validation
• A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a UX designer
• Process knowledge – Design Thinking, Agile (UX Lean or Design Sprints)
• Style guide and design system knowledge
• Stakeholder management
