Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies in Roermond, we are looking for a Office
Manager Assistant. Would you like to take your career to the next level and
become a member of a hard-working motivated plant management team in a
fast-paced work environment? Then you could be the next Office Manager
Assistant. This role reports to the Plant Manager to assist with overall
department operations, strategy development and functional direction. They are
looking to you to roll up your sleeves and really get involved in production
processes, including necessary troubleshooting and project improvement.
Responsabilities 
– Preparation of plant presentations
– Taking care of administrative work (travel documents, purchase orders)
– Internal communication
– Organizing and facilitating meetings
– General E-mail and telephone correspondence.
– You are the link between managers, customers and employees

Job Requirements

– Knowledge of the English language; German and Dutch is advantageous
– Experience with MS office programs
– Excellent time management skills
– Experience in the Metal Industry or Automotive is a plus;
– You are energetic and autonomous
– You are solution oriented and proactive
– You are confident and can move people to action
