Employment agency Manpower is looking for a logistics clerk for a licensing company in Geleen.
As a logistics clerk some of your working activities will be:
- Proposing shipping options to internal stakeholders (procurement, sales and/or the project teams)
- Managing inventory and occasionally counting stock and updating clients on their order statuses
- Coordinating transportation of equipment and materials
- Filing and checking documents, for example customs declaration forms
- Supporting fiscal specialists to analyze and propose contractual requirements
- Analyzing, preparing and issuing shipping documents for export/import customs formalities
- Keeping clients posted on the status of their orders. If delays or unexpected situations arise, inform Clients and do what’s possible to minimize inconvenience

Functie-eisen
- An mbo-4 or EQF level 4 degree or higher in technical or business administration
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
- Knowledge of project management, sales and finance
- Fluent in the English language, because you will be communicating with English-speaking customers
- Knowledge of QESH-policies, customs clearance processes and logistical operations
- At least one year of experience working as a logistics clerk, administrative warehouse employee, warehouse clerk or similar (preferably recent experience)
Being able to speak and understand Dutch is a plus for this job. Living in or near Geleen, Sittard, Heerlen or Maastricht is a bonus but not mandatory!
