My trusted client, a globally recognised brand are seeking several Junior Financial Business Systems Analysts to join the team as a result of internal promotions.

The Junior Business Systems Analyst main responsibility will be to enable change by defining needs and recommending solutions that will deliver increased value for the business.

The Business Analyst will work alongside other members of the project teams and will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, but will have primary responsibility for capturing requirements, investigating solutions, supporting the implementation phases of projects, supporting the UAT processes whilst demonstrating the core behaviours that underline the organisation’s values.

Key Skills and Experience:

-Awareness of what a Business Analyst does.

-Commercial mind-set.

-Able and willing to travel in Europe for business trips with colleagues.

-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

-Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders.

-Business Analysis qualification would be ideal.

-Preferably experienced working with IT technical teams.

-Knowledge methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Personal and Interpersonal Skills:

-Confident and assertive.

-Displays integrity, initiative and commitment through interactions with colleagues and clients.

-Demonstrates credibility when dealing with senior management, outside regulators and internal audit.

-Work well in a team and maintains good relations with team members.

-Dynamic and willing to challenge the status quo.

-Desire and commitment to make a difference.
