As a Junior Business Analyst Systems and IT, Entry level position, you’ll be working in Hoofddorp close to the Central Station. Occasionally you will get to travel in the EU and work with great teams that are part of the Communications and Operations departments. Working in a multicultural environment, the English language is important. A BSc. or MSc. education level is required.

My trusted client, a globally recognised brand are seeking several Junior Financial Business Systems Analysts to join the team as a result of internal promotions.
The Junior Business Systems Analyst main responsibility will be to enable change by defining needs and recommending solutions that will deliver increased value for the tech business.
The Junior Business Analyst will work alongside other members of the project teams and will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, but will have primary responsibility for capturing requirements, investigating solutions, supporting the implementation phases of projects, supporting the UAT processes whilst demonstrating the core behaviours that underline the organisation’s values.
Key Skills and Experience:
-At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferable Business or IT related.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ‘a client facing position’.
-Experience with Microsoft Excel.
-Knowledge of requirements management and/or process modelling.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
-Ability to interpret complex information.
-Active listener who can understand and communicate the key issues.
-Perseverance to solve complex problems.
Personal and Interpersonal Skills:
-Confident and assertive.
-Displays integrity, initiative and commitment through interactions with colleagues and clients.
-Demonstrates credibility when dealing with senior management, outside regulators and internal audit.
