As an Inside Sales Representative you will be working for Cordstrap with focus on the Polish market. Your job is divided into two focus areas. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent on Inside Sales activities and 40% on Customer Support.

Your most important tasks are to maintain and develop a small customer base, new customers and new business. In addition, the Inside Sales Representative ensure the achievement of the quarterly targets. You will report to the Commercial Manager & Customer Service Leader Europe.

Tasks & responsibilities:
Sales activities

• Manage and develop existing inside sales customer portfolio;

• Supporting account management with acquisition, maintenance and development of identified group key accounts;

• Create quotes and offers.

Customer Service activities

• You take care and attention for the customers of your country in selling, fulfilling and supporting Cordstrap’s line of products and services;

• Serve as the primary contact for product and sales information; liaise with various internal departments on stock and financial issues;

• You are part of the Customer Success team and will work close with other customer service colleagues who are responsible for other countries;

• Will participate or lead improvement activities;

• In case (of absence) some more generic office task will be involved as well.

Functie-eisen

• You have a MBO or HBO degree;

• You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a related job;

• You have good sales and negotiation skills;

• Commercially aware and able to work with targets;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM/ERP systems;

• Decisive and proactive, strong problem solving skills;

• Enthusiastic and have a drive for excellence;

• Fulltime available (working hours between 08.00 – 18.00 hours);

• Excellent speaking and writing of the Polish and English language.
