Laden...As a Financial Employee Transport you support the transport invoicing process within Flex to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. You work in a team of 5 FTE and you report to the Transport Invoicing Team Leader.
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Checking and coding the incoming carrier invoices;
· Preparing outgoing customer invoices;
· Monitoring timely invoicing towards customers;
· Supplying information for progress reports;
· Participate in process improvements;
· Provide input for periodic evaluations with carriers and customers;
· Delivery of financial reports.
Functie-eisen
· You have a completed MBO+/Bachelor degree;
· Experience in a logistical (financial) environment;
· Work experience with invoicing processes in transport is an advantage / not a must;
· You are an advanced Excel user;
· You have a good analytical mindset, able to have a broad view with attention to detail;
· You are accurate, rational, decisive and collegial;
· You have strong communication skills in English, Dutch preferred.
