You will be working in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Also known as ‘’Little Paris’’, Bucharest is an amazing city with many career opportunities and, luckily, low cost of living. Responsibilities :
- Handling calls / emails / web cases, translating them into the appropriate language, depending on customer requirements
- Troubleshooting IT problems according to the SOPs and previous trainings
- Training new associates and cross-training existing associates
- Arranging working schedule with colleagues flexibly, according to business needs
Requirements :
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent command of the business language
- Good PC skills
