The role :

The Cash Collection Officer will be responsible for maintaining a ledger of accounts, collection of overdue accounts and minimizing financial risks

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and rehabilitating overdue accounts; monitoring customer’s payment plans
• Performing account reconciliation
• Resolving customer issues and providing copies of documentation (invoices, credit notes…)
• Minimizing the number of delinquent accounts

Requirements :

• Fluent both in Dutch and English
• High school diploma – Economics/Finance/Accounting profile is preferable
• 1 year of experience with related position
• Result orientated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good MS Office knowledge together with financial system background is required
