What will you be doing?
Setting up YoungCapital UK for success. As a Country Manager in London, it’s up to you to find clients, establish a strong foundation for growth and make our brand as well-known as it is in the Netherlands. How exactly is up to you. 

Your main tasks …
… are quite diverse. The most important thing is that you act as a true entrepreneur. Finding opportunities wherever you can, for both the short and long term. And creating a strong network of (potential) clients, candidates and colleagues. While also setting up all internal processes to make sure that the whole business runs smoothly from the start. Think about HR protocols, CRM management systems and other supporting departments.

Once everything is up and running, it’s all about perfecting the experience. Matching the right candidates to the right companies, as fast and efficiently as possible. In order to create a strong YoungCapital community to evolve our long-term strategy. With much satisfaction from both sides. And making sure that it stays that way for years to come.

Who are you?
Someone who’s looking for their next adventure. You already have experience with successfully building a start-up and leading a team. Also worked in recruitment and/or consultancy? Then that’s a big plus. 

In addition, you have the so-called ‘YoungCapital DNA’. Young-minded, optimistic and a bit of a rebel. You don’t shy away from a challenge, and you actually get a kick out of each sale you make. 

Experience and a network within the Banking and Insurance world is another tick in the box! Finally, you’re a (near-)native English speaker.

What we ask:

• At least finished hbo or a Bachelor/University degree
• You also have experience in successfully building a start-up;
• Not only that, but you know how to motivate and lead a team, bringing out the best in them;
• Any knowledge and/or experience in recruitment or consultancy is and a network within the Banking & Insurance sector is a big plus;
• You are eager, commercially minded and a pro in communication.
