A fluent, accurate and timely client invoicing and collection process as well as accounts payable (purchase) recording process, creditor payments and administration. You will assist the Country Administrator in administrative tasks, VAT and other audits and become an integrated and pro-active member of the finance team.
Functie-eisen
- you are fluent in English and preferably speak Dutch / German;
- you have strong organizational, administrative and communicative skills;
- you are accurate, pro-active, flexible, pragmatic, service minded, friendly and have the ability to handle stressful situations;
- you have at least one year experience in a commercial environment and experience with accounting software (Exact Globe);
- you have accounting knowledge and preferably experience with the Swiss and/or German financial administration;
- you have HBO working and thinking level and good MS office skills.
