You sell or renew the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. You may generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. You focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. You also are:
- Responsible for managing service contract renewals by maintaining customer touchpoints;
- Engage clients via phone and email by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible;
- Review commercial legal terms and escalate as needed;
- Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity;
- Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes;
- Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate;
- Cross-functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close business.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- 3 years progressive tele-sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business environment;
- Demonstrated ability to listen to and seek out solutions to customer needs;
- Proven experience increasing revenue within existing accounts by broadening and deepening solution placement;
- Ability to handle questions relating to the service products;
- Effective organizational and time management skills;
- Strong working knowledge of SFDC preferred;
- Languages: English is required plus either Dutch/Flemish or French;
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal.
