Nedstack Fuel Cell Technology BV develops and produces fuel cells (PEM) and Systems. Nedstack focuses mainly on marine installations and large-scale stationary (FCPP) for electricity generation. We work closely with system integrators to provide clean, emission-free energy solutions worldwide. Job Description

First things first! It is important that you live within 100 kilometers from Arnhem and have a valid permanent work visa to work in the Netherlands, unfortunately we ask you not to apply.
As a Project manager Stack Development you work on the development of a new generation of FC stacks. You are able to coordinate technical projects within a growing company with a multidisciplinary team from start to completion. You will make sure that the project is well organized and that all resources are properly managed to reach the project goals. This role involves dealing with multiple stakeholders, all with their own interests: production, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance and external parties. The scope of the responsibilities contains:
– Realizing Stack Development projects within budget and planning;
– Project management of a multidisciplinary project teams;
– Monitoring and reporting of project status and results to the board;
– Coordinating work packages with external partners varying from design to construction activities;
– Participate in setting up project management tools within Nedstack;
– Prioritising the (business-critical) issues within the Stack Engineering department;
– Liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely procurement of materials and/or machinery;
– Guarantee and improve the substantive quality of deliverables in collaboration with Stack development manager.

Job Requirements

– Technical Bachelor/Master education with at least 5 years of relevant experience;
– Being able to independently manage (multiple) technical projects;
– Able to organize complex product development processes effectively, taking into account all stakeholders;
– Proactive and takes responsibility;
– Is accurate, remains critical and alerts upon deviations.
– Strong in communication with colleagues and external parties;
– Fluently in the English and Dutch language;
