In this job as a Fulltime Performance Marketeer for Jobbird in Hoofddorp, you’ll be part of our passionate and international online marketing team and help drive the growth our company through two of our jobboards: Jobbird.com and Uitzendbureau.nl.

Your responsibilities in this job as a Performance Marketer include:

• Together with the Online Marketing team, you are responsible for the paid online marketing campaigns of Jobbird.com and Uitzendbureau.nl;
• You create, optimize and monitor PPC campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Jobboards (via XML feeds);
• You compile analyzes and reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads and other sources;
• You create (HTML) mailings and manage email campaigns;
• You communicate with the sales department in order to create, priororize, and manage succesfull marketing campaigns based on our client objectives
• You contribute with your own ideas on how we can make it even ‘better, faster, smarter’.
