Job Requirements
– Architecturally educated by education (Architecture MBO).
– Experience in supporting construction projects (is an advantage).
– Command of the English and German language.
– Socially skilled, with a problem-solving ability and someone who knows how to tackle.-A good financial and commercial insight.
Salary and Benefits
In this position you are responsible for carefully preparing, purchasing and organizing the projects. The technical implementation and financial monitoring are important parts of this. You take care of a planning, in which materials, people and resources are used in a timely, safe and efficient manner. You monitor the desired quality, budget and structured project administration.
