Job Requirements
You take care of the preparation of the projects (renovation and sometimes new construction) and ensure that everything is ready for the execution.
Ensure that materials, subcontractors and drawings are delivered correctly and on time.
You take care of perfect administration and archiving.
Intensive contact with various internal and external stakeholders.
You follow market developments closely and share them with your colleagues.
