What are you going to do:

Chrono24 is a platform for luxury watches that ensures buyers and seller a safe environment to follow their passion about watches. The company works with many different people, cultures and languages. That’s why the customer service is offered in over 80 countries. Chrono24 follows the vision to provide a high-quality service for each customer.

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Employee your main task is to help the customers of Chrono24 with questions regarding the selling or buying of watches via the platform. Furthermore, you are able to do this in your own, authentic way to build up long term relationships with the customers. You will use the phone, email and ticket system to manage your work. 

Apart from that, you always try to think about ways to improve the service of Chrono24 even more. For the communication with the customers, you should have a fluent level in Dutch, since you focus on this market. Besides that, German and English-speaking skills are required. 

You will be fully integrated in the young customer service team with international and open-minded colleagues. They have a great team spirit and also enjoy some after-work drinks since Karlsruhe and the surrounding region offers a lot of possibilities to enjoy your life.

What we ask:

  • No minimum education required
  • Experience in a customer facing position is a plus;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate in German and English;

  • You are solution-oriented and have strong communication skills;
  • You think in solution-oriented ways and like to work in a team.
