De job
Zoom.Industries is opzoek naar een technisch ontwerper die effectief en accuraat ontwerpen in 3D kan vastleggen. Als technisch ontwerper zal je voornamelijk met Revit en/of Vectorworks te werk gaan om complete bouwontwerpen en documentatie te produceren en coördineren. Samen met je collega’s help je de identiteit van de klant te vertalen naar ontwerpen. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verdere ontwikkeling van onze BIM-omgeving. De beschikbare positie bedraagt tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week.
Jij…
• Hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma in architectuur of bouwkunde.
• Hebt 1 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
• Bent een bekwame gebruiker van Revit en / of Vectorworks & Sketchup.
• Bent in staat schetsen technische ontwerpen te vertalen.
• Bent een teamspeler, flexibel en energiek.
• Kunt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
• Passie om de BIM omgeving verder te ontwikkelen.
Koffie?
Werken met een divers pallet aan werkzaamheden in een bureau dat visie en attitude in ontwerp verwerkt in een reeks uitdagende projecten. The job
Zoom.Industries is looking for a technical designer that is effectively and accurately capturing design intent
in 3D design. As a technical designer you’ll use Revit and/or Vectorworks to produce, coordinate and complete building designs and documentations. Along with your colleagues you will help translate identity into design. You will be responsible for developing our BIM environment to the next step. The available position will be 24 to 32 hours a week.
You…
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture, or build enviorment.
• Have 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Are a proficient user of Revit, Vectorworks and / or Sketchup
• Are able to translate drafts into technical designs.
• Are a team player, flexible and energetic
• Are fluent in English (and preferably also in Dutch).
• Are passionate to further develop our BIM enviorment.
