Who is our structured ‘Jack-of-all-trades’ for about 8 hrs a week?

Me, Rocco aims to let couples feel the magic and romance of Amsterdam. My mission is to put Amsterdam on the map as the new destination of lovers. Together with other guides we provide couples The Most Romantic (boat)tours in Amsterdam. We consist out of a small team but with big plans. In order to grow I am looking for a freelancer who can help us bring structure in the company.

tasks are:

• Excellent Communication skills (mostly by email) with guests and partners

• Agenda keeping

• Data overview.

• make all bookings with guests.

• Optimize guest contact and improve website, email templates, etc.

• Administration such as scheduling availability, streamlining various booking channels, etc

• Bring structure in the daily operational activities by sending reminders to others, set up procedures, etc.

• Co-execute tasks for SEO and social media (facebook, youtube, instagram)

• Set up result overview by using date from Google analytics, Social media channels, survey outcomes, etc

Profile and skills:

• Excellent level of English preferable Dutch written and spoken (but not required)

• Accurate & structured

• Great people skills & service oriented (guests always first)

• Preferably knowledge of maintaining Social media channels

• Available for about 8 hours a week (this can get more in the future)

• takes initiative

• works from home.

• fast learner.

• works on tuesday 3 hours and from wednesday to sunday one hour per day.

• lives in area Amsterdam or max. 30 min. away.
