What are you going to do?

As a warehouse employee at GXO in Tilburg, you are going to work in a freezer.

Working with temperatures below zero? It’s no problem for you! Together with your colleagues, you are going to order pick the right products for shipping. You will communicate through a voice picking device, to keep in contact with your colleagues. 

In this freezer, it’s -22 degrees, so you will get warm clothes for the cold!

It’s important you are physically strong, because some products can weight around 10-12 kilograms. Still interested? Continue reading!

For every 2 hours you work, you get a half hour to warm up. These warm up breaks are paid. Are they paid!? Yes they are! You can warm up in the breakroom while enjoying a piece of fruit, talk to your colleagues or play table football!

What else?

It’s good to know that there are different shifts. The shifts are from 07.00 – 15.00, 15.00 – 23.00 en 23.00 – 07.00 hour. From Saturday evening till Sunday in the afternoon, there are no shifts! 

Before you will start at GXO you will get a tour of the warehouse. On your first day, you will be trained by a colleague. The main language they speak at the company is English.

What we offer:

• A salary off €11.47 gross per hour;
• Cold supplement of €0.20 per hour;
• 50% supplement on Saturday and 100% on Sunday and Holidays;
• shift work allowance of 11,25% for 2 shifts and 13,75% for 3 shifts;
• Paid breaks and a fun break room;

What we ask:

• No minimum education required
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are available for a minimum of 16 hours per week;
• you speak English or Dutch;
• You are physically strong and don't mind the cold;
