As a Logistics Administrative Employee at the VOG department, you are an important link within our team!
In this warehouse, pallets with goods are received, prepared and delivered again to the wholesaler. In order for this logistics process to run smoothly, several things must be recorded in the computer and checked before the goods can be delivered
You process and check the VOG statements, orders and you take care of the associated administration. You monitor the progress of the logistics processes and intervene when necessary. For example, in the event of expected delays or changes in planning. Deviations, extra costs and other details can be registered in the system.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 15.00 and 23.00.
Job Requirements
What does the employer expect from you:
– You have an MBO work and thinking level;
– You are administratively strong;
– You are strong with Microsoft Office
– You have strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English
– You are familiar with a logistics environment
– You are Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m
– You preferably live near Woerden – Easily accessible via public transport
– Available until 11 p.m. and possibly a little later;
