  • Act as bid manager and actively lead the TM process
  • Develop and support competitive, customer-centric proposals enabling profitable business wins
  • Provide information/data requested by Bid owners, Product, Industry Vertical and Tender Management- as long as related to the RFQ development
  • Ensure compliance with Global Tender Management process;
  • Analyze tender and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, and review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders;
  • Oversee the entire process which includes the development of response format/pricing matrix/responding to queries as well as timely submission of RFI, RFP and RFQ to customers / bid owners;
  • Provide a quality proposal to the assigned bid owner and/or other Tender Management Teams for validation and submission to the customer;
  • Analyze tenders and recommend optimum business solutions;
  • Support and maintain pricing database • Interface with other functional groups such as IT, Legal, Security, Product, Key Account Management, Industry Verticals and Trade Lane Development, as well as with customers in creating/delivering customer driven services and solutions.
  • Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bid log and completed tenders;
  • Support market intelligence on competitors pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis;
  • Ensure post bid analysis to be performed by bid owners for all bids, both successful and unsuccessful Tenders. Ensure received tender feedback is shared with relevant functions in the organization.

  • Higher educational level (degree business administration, economics, logistics) • Relevant working experience (minimum 3 years) • Industry experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (xls, doc, ppt and others) • Knowledge of SAP and CRM is of advantage
