As part of the team, you will work in close cooperation with software architects, senior software developers, product strategy director, project managers and product managers to design new market-leading solutions, in the hospitality sector, that meets business requirements and align with organization IT strategy and validate the implementation of those.

 

SDP is seeking to recruit a smart, ambitious, commercial and tech-savvy Technical Service Delivery Manager for our client’s team to help take growth to the next level. As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of a highly energetic sales culture.

 

You’ll help to drive digital innovation by:

– Providing product presentations and demonstrations (both online and onsite).

– Running technical deep dive and architecture sessions with customers and partners.

– Facilitating workshops with customers to understand their application portfolio and find the

best places for them to apply the offered technology and platform.

– Executing Proof of Concepts with customers.

– Advising prospects and customers.

– Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and develop a statement of work to

be submitted as part of the offer to the customer.

– Gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.

– Define, document and maintain a solution architecture to meet the above requirements.

– Create necessary documentation to detail the features/use cases offered by the employer

solution to facilitate customer understanding of the added value and execution of the

development team.

– Outline the implementation strategy of new features together with the Product Manager and

the Software Architect.

– Participate in limited implementation activities by testing the delivery from the development

team to review quality and ensure adherence to scope.

 

You have:

– a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent education.

– at least 3 – 4 years’ experience in a technical delivery role or a similar technical customer facing role at an international and multivendor environment.

– knowledge of hospitality business processes and IT environment would be an advantage.

– highly developed presentation and communication skills.

– strong focus on customer service.

– excellent analytical skills.

– teamwork & collaboration skills.
