Endemol Shine Group are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious person:
SYSTEEMBEHEERDER / Desktop support / Server Administrator:

The helpdesk team supports Endemol Shine Group based in Amsterdam and several OpCo’s around the world for office and several business applications.

The desktop/server admin is responsible for the following activities:

• Daily health check infrastructure / platforms
• Work together with Solution Specialist on projects
• Work together with Security officer on projects
• Ask advice to Solution Specialist for continuous improvements platform
• Desktop management (SCCM)
1. Desktop release management
2. Desktop deployment management
3. Mobile phone management
• Assist 1st line with Office movements
• Assist 1st line in resolving end-user incidents
The desktop/server admin is part of the Group IT Servicedesk. The admin is responsible for supporting the end users based in NL and worldwide in an adhoc environment with high quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities of Role:
• Ensuring that each service provided is of the expected quality and compliant with the service agreements
• Day to day management on the end user systems
• Define the impact a disruption to the service has (incident / problem coming from
service delivery)
• Solve or escalate disruptions of the end user services
• Monitor the solutions provided to see if the problems do not reappear
• Advise and supply information to the Servicedesk coordinator about disruptions
• Instruct and educate the first line
• Understanding the implications of new technologies
• Maintain user manuals, work instructions on end user operation
• Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.
• Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to work. Identifies and negotiates own development opportunities.
• Has sufficient communication skill for effective dialogue with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Is able to work in a team.
• Is able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons.
• Absorbs technical information when it is presented systematically and applies it effectively.
• Working closely with the other infrastructure teams (Abroad) to ensure service levels will be met.

• Support the infrastructure on Azure
Experience & Expertise required of Role Holder:

Education & Experience
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of an end user environment
• An experience of working on large scale global projects with challenging timelines
• Experienced at facilitating communication between many users and enabling knowledge transfer between operational teams across different cultural stakeholders. Building mutually beneficial alliances between teams within the service desk and beyond
• Consistently delivers within the deadlines set.
• Team player, able to effectively work with people at all levels in the organization.
• Able to perform in virtual, cross-functional, cross-cultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills (both Dutch and English) written, demonstrating good presentation skills, attention to detail and preparation, mastery of English language and grammar.
• Native Dutch
• Common with high pressure and high demanding business environment

• End user infrastructure / platform & systems experience

This is a permanent position, starting with a temporary contract
Salary: € 3.200,00 bruto per month
