Your communicative skills and sense of empathy make you the perfect customer service associate. In this job, you will make sure that all Amazon customers you speak to will have the optimal customer experience, whether in Swedish or English. After switching on your computer and putting on your headset, you are reading for a full day of problem solving. You can expect to perform the following tasks:
- Solving and handling customer questions and issues
- Assisting customers with orders, questions about products and payment issues via e-mail, telephone or chat
- Defining customer wishes and needs and acting accordingly

- Overtime pay between 25% and 100% on top of your salary

- Part-time or full-time job of 24, 32 or 40 hours per week

Functie-eisen
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
- Availability of 24 hours per week (please note that during the trainingperiod you will not be able to get any days off because it is a full-time training of 40 hours per week)
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e-mail and chat
- Stable internet connection when you work from home
- Able to apply for a Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG or Certificate of Conduct)
It’s also important that you have excellent communication skills. Living near Maastricht is a bonus, but not necessary.
