We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Support Employee Quotations and Contracts (internal Employee Quotation, Contracting and Project Support) who will strengthen our team Sales New Construction – office staff.

Job Requirements

– You handle price requests for lifts, escalators and lifting installations for new construction projects, replacement in existing buildings, renovation jobs and maintenance

– Book and register requests in the CRM system

– You assess applications for technical possibilities, opportunities, risks in consultation with the account manager. You use our product specification sheets for this

– You analyse architectural drawings, specifications, the requirements and recording reports of our mechanics and project managers

– You make cost price calculations using calculation programs and LiftConfigurator

– You draw up quotation texts using standard basic files

– You provide technical and commercial advice to clients, such as construction companies, architects, consultants, developers etc. in consultation with the account manager

– Order processing, internal transfer, order forms, order confirmation and drawing checks

– Quoting more/less work, calculating and administrative order processing

– You make capacity calculations and process them in the Elevate program

– You make price requests, possibly. through purchasing.

– Internal coordination for projects within the Sales and Engineering department and project managers

– Standards and lift regulations, training and keeping track of mutations.

– You have experience in the elevator industry and/or similar position

– You can read drawings (spatial insight) especially architecturally

– You have knowledge of MS-Office, CRM systems and ICT

– You have a good command of the English language in both word and writing, some proficiency of German is an advantage.
