For Samsung we are looking for a Supply Planner. You will be working within the Supply Chain team and will be responsible for managing the supply of goods and optimize balanced inventory. You will do this according to the rules and regulations in order to increase the sales of the assigned product portfolio.

As a Supply Planner your main responsibilities will be:

• Supply Planning; Supply planning from factory to Europe considering local warehouse inventory balance with proper safety stock level. By supply shortage monitoring and communication with HQ, improve supply shortage level. Manage the inbound by analyzing priorities based on order and inventory status in warehouse.
• Inventory management’; Central and local warehouse Inventory management with optimum safety stock level.
  Manage healthy inventory by model grade. Control EOL inventory and aging level by communication and early warning activity with sales team
• Reporting & analysis; Prepare clear reports to inform sales, marketing, product management and HQ by making decisions for example: Stock healthiness and grading, replenish and stock transfer, safety stock, wish list, shortage, EOL, balance status, stock allocation, occupancies and stock control in warehouse and so on.
• Change management and Process monitoring; Lead and guide action to be taken in local, and coordination and follow up the total process from forecast to reports & analyzes. Also responsible for optimize reports, process and systems if possible
• Cross functional meeting (Local PSI meeting & SCM day); Responsible for SCM day operation of the assigned product portfolio, a weekly meeting with all sales and marketing team members and demand planners where forecast, turnover status, (aging) stock, new model introduction, old model face-out, KPI performance, and any pending supply and market issues are discussed.

Functie-eisen

• You have a finished Bachelor degree in a relevant area: Supply chain or logistics;
• You have 1-3 years of relevant experience;
• You speak and write English and Dutch fluently;
• You have knowledge of Sales & Logistics process;
• You have analytical skills.
