What are you going to do:

The German Customer Service agent in Breda is looking for a ski track and snowy mountain’s lover to reinforce their team. Passionate about winter sports, they are devoted to give their customers the best experience on the tracks with the best material out there. From the skis itself, all the way to snow boots. They provide it all online and worldwide!   

In this role you’re responsible for the content on all the channels, as for the website everything is worked out in detail, and you know how to catch the viewer’s eye in a second. Together with the marketing team, you will adapt the company’s activities to the German market to offer the best of the best to the customers! As a German customer service agent, you take care of the customers and share their passion. You advise the customer with their purchase all the way to their feedback of the product. You answer their questions both by e-mail and phone calls. Every customer has a smile on their face and the best winter vacation because of your expertise!
