What are you going to do:

As a sales support agent, you will be engaging with German customers on a daily basis to promote products and foresee purchase opportunities. You will reach out to the customers through phone, mail or online to share your information about the companies products or services. Besides that you will support the Sales and Marketing Team by actively reaching out to suitable prospects. Challenging? Yes, but at your start you will receive a complete three weeks training (Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 17:15 o’clock) where you will learn everything you need. After that, you will be able to work flexible shifts between 9:00 and 21:00 o’clock. 

The company operates on the market for many years, and it is specialized in EV mobility and recently opened a brand-new Customer Engagement Center in Almere. As you start, you will be offered a permanent full-time or part-time contract, according to your preference. • Interprsonal skills and will of interacting with customers on a daily basis;
• You are fluent in German and English;
