As a Service/Maintenance Technician you work at two locations that are close to each other. At one location are mainly the sawing machines and the automatic high-rise warehouse at the other location is the Steel Service center and part of the warehouse. Together with your team, which consists of fifteen colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the machinery including 160 overhead cranes continues to function properly. You have an important role to play in ensuring that production and deliveries can be met on time.
Job Requirements
As a mechanic, your focus is on committing to maintenance and resolving malfunctions. You work in a rotation cycle of six weeks: Three weeks you perform maintenance in day shift (7.30-16.00 hours) and three weeks you focus on malfunctions. You will then work for a week in the early shift (06.00-14.00 hours). You will then work a week in the late shift (14.00-22.00 hours) followed by a consignment service (22.00-06.00 hours). The third week of disruptions you work in day shift again (07.30-16.00 hours). In the breakdown services, you take the malfunctions and try to remedy them. If there are no malfunctions, you are engaged in maintenance work.
Salary and Benefits
