For a word-leading company in the offshore industry market, we’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner. The organisation has several specializes in design and execution of large and complex offshore projects. This position is part of a new and fast developing team (8 FTE). As a Finance Business Partner you have a proactive attitude, self starter and an excellent communicator who collaborate with stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Business Partnering who is located at HQ in Switzerland.

Job Description

In this role your main focus is:
– Translating the strategy into a financial plan Controlling the budget (budget, forecast actuals)
– Control project; cost efficiencies, overheads, CAPEX and inventory
– Providing financial analytics and develop business cases with data-based insights
– Contribute to improve and implement cost & cash effectiveness
– Reporting to the management
– Be part of projects (for example: new implementation of SAPS/4 HANA)

Job Requirements

– Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Economics
– At least 4-8 years of experience
– Strong analytical skills (preferable with big data management and BI tools)
– Excellent communicator (collaboration with financial and non financial stakeholders)
– Good command of Dutch and English
– Fulltime available
