In this job, you are responsible for all our business applications. As a primary responsibility, you will focus on our Financial platform which is centred around MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and our CRM environment (SalesForce, IntroHive).
You will be forming a team with the IT Manager who is responsible for the infrastructure and report to the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and sparring partner for our finance and commercial teams on their business applications;
• work in collaboration with the IT team (partly outsourced) across all locations;
• coordinate the activities of our implementation partners;
• play a hands-on role in the implementation and continuous optimisation of the Financial platform centred around MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, Exsion reporting;
• maintaining our CRM environment – SalesForce and IntroHive;
• advise on how to practically use our applications in all our jurisdictions;
• execute the systems setup and create reports.

Functie-eisen

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• knowledge and experience working with administering and troubleshooting MS NAV/BC Software and related software components/modules, running/updating queries;
• experience in setting up or maintaining Business Central in a multinational company including multi-GAAP accounting;
• ability to define roles in the system to enable proper segregation of duties which match our organization;
• experienced in running MS Dynamics queries, able to create custom reports;
• experience with SQL / Database Back-end systems;
• basic accounting knowledge;
• project management experience;
• excellent written and oral English and Dutch.
