Framo is a pump manufacturer based in Bergen, Norway. The company was founded in 1938 and is now a worldwide organization with a presence on three continents. Today, the company has 1,100 employees and is a leading manufacturer of pumping systems used in the chemical Tanker market and the oil and gas industry as well as for oil spill recovery. Framo is part of Alfa Laval and Bergen is the organization’s competence centre for marine pumping systems. Framo sells and carries out maintenance of all Framo products.

Framo Nederland has 53 employees and has overall responsibility for marine service and spare parts activities in Europe and Africa.
To strengthen the Framo Nederland commercial department in Spijkenisse, consisting of 9 persons, we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive minded and customer focused:

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Administrative handling of spare part sales orders. 

Preparing, issuing and sending quotations to customers as well as all involved administrative tasks.

Direct communication with customers about quotations, orders and status of delivery. 

Preparing orders for invoicing and issuing of sales invoices. 

Sales coordinator reports directly to the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications 

MBO administrative or technical level 4 degree or other relevant background. 

Good verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English. 

General administrative capabilities. 

Some technical knowledge, insight and experience in the shipping industry is a plus for this function.
