Employment agency Manpower is looking for a quality manager for a company based in Waalwijk.

As a quality management employee you will perform the following working activities:

• Developing and implementing quality control systems
• Monitoring and analysing quality performance
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety and quality regulations
• Reviewing current company blueprints and quality documentations

Functie-eisen

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering
• At least two years of experience working as a quality manager, supply chain planner or similar
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Hungarian (Chinese is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management and a good understanding of manufacturing and distribution principles
• Availability of 40 hours per week

You also have a general knowledge of the general methods, responsibility matrix, and appraisal objectives of LSP daily management and appraisal, and are able to independently track and coordinate the business appraisal of logistics service providers. Next to this, your are familiar with logistics, transportation and international trade processes.
