As a Quality Manager you coordinate and manage processes for the handling of checks / deviations / complaints from A to Z. As a result, you are daily engaged in investigating / analyzing NCRs and initiating / monitoring corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) with the aim of continuously improving product quality and safeguarding process quality; mainly internally but also with common ground with the suppliers.
As a result, you play a crucial role in achieving our performance objectives and also watch over the (internal) customer satisfaction and Q-performance of the suppliers. In this dynamic role, you link with various stakeholders and are jointly responsible for maintaining the quality systems.
Job Requirements
– Further investigation and analysis of the selected abnormalities, in order to determine the underlying causes (Root Causes) and necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
– Initiate and plot these actions, in order to proactively achieve an improvement, whereby the Quality Manager remains in the lead, where the problem owners and action holders are encouraged and the cooperation between the various disciplines is stimulated
– Initiating improvement teams and applying methods/techniques to jointly realize and safeguard a process-based improvement
– Together with the stakeholders, we realize that these improvements are demonstrably guaranteed in the management systems (Plan Do Check Act)
– Managing and monitoring the NCR processes for the registration, communication and follow-up of deviations/complaints regarding the quality of products and services within the value chain
– Provide solicited and unsolicited advice when it comes to assessing quality aspects and improvement processes
– Advising, (partly) determining and realizing the quality policy within Heras in which you act within the laws / regulations, standards / requirements and objectives.
Salary and Benefits
– You are in possession of a technical MBO / HBO diploma preferably in process management or quality management, and also have knowledge and experience with the application of Quality-Tools or are willing to develop yourself in this
– Furthermore, you work in a structured manner and you are able to guarantee improvements in the management systems (Plan Do Check Act)
– Our preference is for a candidate with several years of experience in such a position within a production environment
– In order to be able to discuss complaints, quality aspects and audits with internal and external customers and suppliers, we ask for excellent communication skills in which a 2nd language (English, German) will be seen as an advantage
