For an international customer we have a dynamic position available for a general quality inspector.

Responsabilities:

Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments;
– research, analyze and make recommendations on administrative, management and procedural practices
and other complex business problems;
– analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures;
– apply creative thinking in the use of depot operations and training.

– Reports to the Regional Depot Manager
– Examines outgoing and incoming loads to insure shipments meet company and client specifications.
– Assist with training production team in accordance to the ‘General Quality Manual.’
– Reviews all factors in the quality of production by visually inspecting all products before allowing them to be
shipped to client sites.

Requirements:

• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Implennent corrective action plan for rejected bins and poor service repeated, and make sure a plan is devised and communicated to improve the production or service process.
• Ensure that the quality process is ongoing to ensure that corrective efforts, if required, have produced satisfactory resuits and to immediately detect relapses or new instances of trouble.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office, mainly excel, SAP, GEMS
• Read and write English, and may be required to operate a forklift on occasion and get forklift site certification.
• You are a strong communicative person who can get “things” done with the co-workers in production and other departments.

– You will work aprox. 40 hours per week, in daytime from 8.00- 17.00 hr.
– This job is with option for a contract.
