Laden...Responsibilities
- Manage high level machine planning & forecast (installation, de-installation & module and parts upgrades);
- manage high level resource planning;
- manage installed base high level machine configuration (MK series);
- setup and maintain status of module and part upgrades roll out on installed base;
- maintain the serial number config of machine on high level;
- preparation of production orders;
- oversee the logistical inbound and outbound goods flow of customer;
- aligning resource capacity with shift leads and HQ;
- aligning resource capacity with external vendors;
Reporting and communication:
- Align planning with customer on daily base;
- align machine planning with coordinators and TLSM headquarter on daily base;
- align resource planning with shift leads and group leads on daily base;
- report to Grouplead Install and Upgrades;
- use of MS office, Service Information System & SAP.

Experience
- Education level MBO+/ HBO;
- knowledge of organisation & management;
- setting priorities;
- excellent communication skills in English;
