What will you do as a production employee

As a technical production employee you work in a large factory where prefab materials are made for improving and making (older) homes more sustainable. You will be trained internally to carry out the work and operate the machines. The work mainly consists of preparing these prefab materials, after which they are processed on the basis of a drawing.

In the long term, our customer wants to switch to a 2 shift work, at the moment the entire company still runs on a day shift. In the long run, you should not object to working in 2 shifts. If you work in two shifts, you will receive a 14% shift allowance.
