As Product Manager Payments & Acquiring within the tribe B2B services you play a vital role in steering the Omnikassa product and maximising the value of our offering to our merchants. An exciting opportunity as Rabobank is one of the largest offline payment acquirers in the Netherlands.

You are Product Owner of the BusDevOps squad and will be responsible for all of Omnikassa’s Payment Methods and our acquiring business. You will be managing and prioritizing the backlog of your BusDevOps squads as you take the lead to identify, scope and deliver new connections where strategically relevant. Additionally you will work together with many different colleagues across the company: Sales, Marketing, Support, Compliance, Legal and Risk to align and communicate about your product. Also, you will be managing the relation with payment method partners and vendors. A challenging role as you need to quickly become accustomed to the product, the squads and way of working within our tribe to achieve the tribe’s goals through conception, implementation and launch.

Who you are?
In addition to your demonstrable experience as a Product Manager, you also have:
• At least 5 years of experience in product roles in the payment industry (e.g. PSP, ecommerce, fintech or other relevant experience) with relevant knowledge of offline payments acquiring
• A can-do attitude; you are self-motivated and results driven who is not afraid to get their hands dirty to solve a problem.
• Proven success with implementing new and data-driven optimisation of existing payment methods as part of the customer journey to reduce friction.
• Experience with mobile and emerging payments technology.
• Experience with APIs and integrations with third party solutions.
