Job Requirements
Someone who performs all the work that occurs in the powder coating department and also has the responsibility for applying the powder coating to products according to the desired quality requirements and processing instructions. A professional who sees it as a challenge to independently keep the powder coating department running, sets priorities and also monitors the output and quality of the department. In addition, you see it as a challenge to perfect and expand the department and thereby contribute to the further development of the company.
Competences:

– Experience as a powder coater (minimum 2 years);

– Has knowledge of pre-treatments, types of powders and powder coating techniques;

– Independent, result-oriented and accurate;

– Feels comfortable in an informal no-nonsense corporate culture.

Salary and Benefits
They offer an informal and collegial working atmosphere and there is room for personal development. They use the CAO Klein Metaal, where you get 26 vacation days and 13 ATV days. Salary indication is between € 2,400 and € 3,000 gross per month, depending on age and experience.
