A successful Payroll Administrator will possess strong general payroll administration/processing knowledge. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with people at all levels both internal and external. Responsible for the timely and accurate filing of payroll for hourly and salaried staff and related record keeping.

Functie-eisen

Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties associated with the overall administration of the payroll function for multiple countries in EMEA.
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll from start to finish.
  • Establish/maintain the accuracy of employee records by both manual data entry and auditing the database for all employee record changes including, but not limited to status changes, pay rate changes, address changes, new hires, terminations, and direct deposit information.
  • Assists with calculating employees’ hours from timecards and timekeeping systems; ensures that all employees are paid on time and accurately.
  • Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, finance, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including overtime, leave balances, etc.).
  • Troubleshoots payroll issues; verify the accuracy of figures and computations.
  • Responds to employee questions regarding all types of payroll questions
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to help streamline the payroll process throughout the EMEA region.
  • Other duties as required.
