For a client in Waalwijk employment agency Manpower is looking for an order fullfilment manager.

In this role, you are mostly managing the client’s contract related issues from contract signing to delivery of the contract to the client, including:

• Collecting forecast plans (include inbound plan, production plan, outbound plan, reverse plan etc.) 
• Providing reasonable delivery commitment for customers according to demand and supply resource, and fulfill every order based on commitments
• Providing reasonable delivery commitment for order and outbound according LSP
• Monitoring the whole order fulfillment process, managing risks and problems and providing solutions
• Reviewing monthly, weekly, daily demands and manage forecast release to warehouse operation partner for resource preparation
• Cooperating with factory and logistic to arrange smooth production/shipment plan
• Ordering production schedule and status checking ,involve internal team for trouble shoot during production
• Continuously optimize logistics models and logistics node business operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor Degree or higher, major in Management, Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• At least three years of work experience in relevant fields
• Strong communication skills with high customer orientation mindset
• Fluent verbal and written in English/Hungarian and the Chinese language is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management, have good understanding of manufacturing and distribution principles
• General knowledge of the general methods, responsibility matrix, and appraisal objectives of LSP daily management and appraisal, and be able to independently track and coordinate the business appraisal of logistics service providers.
• Familiar with logistics, transportation and international trade processes, global forwarder working experience is an advantage
