Laden...As an operator you will be part of a production team of 5 to 6 employees. This production team is responsible for producing fiberglass reinforced bus sidewall modules that are glued to a full canister sidewall. These side walls are incorporated into the NEW GENERATION OF CITEAAs, a new standard in urban transport.
As an operator, you will be charged with, among other things, operating the cutting machine for cutting the fiberglass mats, preparing moulded parts, actually inserting molds into the production mold and injecting resin into the mold.
Other common activities are the spraying of a gelcoat, mechanical finishing, gluing the modules to a complete side wall and of course the necessary quality controls and production registrations.
