Your job will include:
•Answer office phone daily
•Handling and filing of email/mail/deliveries
•Coordinate and supervise suppliers services
•Prepare salaries to local staff and monitor expenses, 3-5 persons
•Coordinate with bookkeeping and accounting ongoing – petty cash, payments, transfers,
invoices, bills
•Bank accounts review and balance statement filing
•Contact and coordination with authorities, suppliers, legal – articulate verbally and in writing
•Responsible for maintaining ongoing engagement with solution providers of office services: IT,
garage, office rent, cleaner, office supply (papers, pen, refreshments), security, storage
•Follow up and point out validation of the various insurances
•Owner and other guests visit coordination: meetings schedule, booking hotel & transportation,
restaurants
•Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
