In this broad role you are in charge of coordinating compliance and financial/legal/reporting obligations with various third-party service providers in Europe. This includes setting up new entities in order to buy logistics real estate and thereby managing the filing requirements for e.g. the annual accounts prepared by local service providers. You will be responsible for managing 40 to 50 entities located all over Europe.

Our client has a fund structure. For example, one of the funds focuses on real estate in the aviation sector. Another fund is a logistics fund, which focuses more on real estate in road logistics (e.g. distribution centres). A third fund is in the set-up phase.

Our client is a multinational; nevertheless, they have short communication lines within the company structure. You are experiencing the rapid expansion hands-on, and your input and ideas will be appreciated. The current board consists of four persons, and you will report directly to the director of Europe. They are looking for an expansion of their team because of their rapid growth.

Functie-eisen

  • University degree in (Tax) Law, Business Economics, Accounting, or related field, master is preferred;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience;
  • Private equity and/or asset management experience is a plus;
  • Team player who is also able to work standalone;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all staff and executive levels within the organisation;
  • Willing to travel;
  • But foremost: A trustworthy partner who is not afraid to try new things and who is ready to develop him- or herself;
