Laden...This Manager Information Security will be responsible to build and expand the security team.
Responsibilities;
- lead the Information Security department;
- lead a program to implement structural improvements;
- conduct security assessments of the IT environment and customer deployments;
- responsible for global ISMS and ISO certifications;
- implement and use risk management;
- develop comprehensive security awareness programs;
- manage, coach and develop the team;
- manage various projects;
- select, manage and measure performance of suppliers.
Functie-eisen
The right candidate will be someone with;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security or IT;
- relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP;
- previously implemented security programs and departments (> 1000-5000 employees.);
- at least five years of experience working in relevant Information Security management roles in enterprise grade environments;
- general knowledge of the Microsoft infrastructure domain;
- proven ability to structure a team
- proven ability to lead projects
- proficient in English and (preferably) Dutch
