In this role you are responsible for;

  • developing ESG strategy on company and project level across several countries, support implementation;
  • set up annual ESG reporting (in collaboration with Business Analysis team);
  • support collection of all required ESG data;
  • work with the innovation team to drive product innovation and continue deliver buildings with the best ESG credentials;
  • work with Sustainability Innovation Manager to set up and manage carbon off-setting strategy;
  • business development and external communication;
  • collaborate with marketing department to ensure strong and consistent communication and PR around ESG.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone with;

  • min. 5 years of relevant work experience in a related strategic position;
  • master degree
  • experience in implementing corporate ESG strategies;
  • strong interest and expertise in sustainability, health and wellbeing;
  • knowledge of the regulatory landscape (incl. certifications) in Europe around ESG;
  • experience in business and operational transformations;
  • self-reliant, team player, innovator;
  • strong presentation skills in English.
