Employment agency Manpower is looking for a logistic trainer for a client in Kerkrade.
As a logistic coach you will perform the following working activities:
- Training new employees and individual learners
- Coordinating and share information related to process changes
- Identifying training needs and provide retraining’s
- Ensuring all training records are documented properly
- Posting training hand-over to Supervisor
- Maintaining planning for trainings and align with stakeholders
- Performing, loging and follow-up on standard work audits

Functie-eisen
- At least a EQF level 2 (MBO) degree or able to work and think at said level
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or a similar logistics hub
- Good knowledge of the English and Dutch languages, both spoken and written, due to the work in these languages
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) at your local municipality
Living near Kerkrade, Maastricht, Heerlen or Brunssum is a bonus but not mandatory!
